Edité is for those who are seeking advice from top stylists and fashion editors. Whether you’re looking for a closet refresh, a custom look for a special event, to create a capsule wardrobe, learn about the trends of the season and how to wear it, dress for your body shape or career advice for aspiring stylists, our consultants are here to support you.
You are able to cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 72 hours beforehand for a full refund. Please note, clients are allowed one cancellation and one reschedule between each completed consultation. Any cancellations and/or reschedules beyond that will politely be declined and charged in full. If you cancel your consultation within 72 hours of the time your consultation is due to begin, you will unfortunately be charged in full out of respect for your consultant’s time, and reschedules will politely be declined. The consultants on Edité are a curated group of industry leaders and are handpicked with a wide range of high-end style and taste. There is someone on the platform to suit every style and need. We recommend browsing through the various profiles to see whose portfolio, rates, and offering is the best fit for your needs. Alternatively, if you would like our help choosing a consultant who might be a fit for your style or budget, please email us at concierge@theedite.com and we will do our best to guide you!
We encourage you to gather a list of questions and topics you wish to cover prior to your consultation so that you can maximize your time and get all the answers you need. You will receive a personalized package of recommendations from your stylist following the call. Your stylists contact info will not be shared before, during or after the consultation, so if you have any follow up questions or run out of time, we encourage you to book another consultation!
1. Take time to complete your intake questionnaire. This allows both you and your stylist to take full advantage of the allocated consultation time.
2. Download Zoom on the device of your choice. The Zoom app will need to be installed on any device you plan to use for your consultation.
3. Write out a list of questions you would like to review with your stylist.
4. Consolidate any links you’d like to share with your stylist.
5. Collect imagery that you can share during the video consultation including: inspiration images, mood boards, pieces you have your eye on (or already own) – anything you like!
If you find that you don’t have time to get all of your questions answered, we suggest booking another consultation. Our consultants will be happy to help you as often as you like!
We strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop for your consultation to seamlessly utilize all of Zoom’s features that will help optimize your consultation experience.
Your consultant may ask you to take them on a virtual tour of your closet, in which case you can join into the meeting using your smart phone or iPad using the same meeting link, or you can carry your laptop, tablet, depending on your preference. The Zoom app will need to be installed on any device you plan to use for your consultation.

Please ask your stylist for permission before taking any screenshots, recordings or photos of your consultation and/or posting this content to social media.
Edité is happy to offer digital gift cards, at the value of your choice, to be redeemed online by the lucky recipient. Please email us directly at concierge@theedite.com with the name of the recipient and value you wish to purchase for them, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer physical gift cards at this time, however, our team takes great care in the digital presentation of our digital gift cards in lieu of the physical experience. Please note that gift cards are nonrefundable.
We can guarantee that your stylist has the experience required to be able to advise you on most style-related topics. However, neither Edité as a platform nor our stylists as individuals can guarantee that you will be satisfied with all the advice you receive, nor take responsibility for the results of any decisions you make following this advice. We therefore cannot offer refunds based on your level of satisfaction with your consultation. Having said this, we take all our post-consultation reviews and feedback very seriously and any stylist complaints may result in the platform taking action.

Your style preferences outlined in your intake questionnaire help your stylist get to know you and your preferences better. You can also upload a picture of yourself to concierge@theedite.com.
We trust and hope that you will love your consultation, but sometimes things go wrong and we will do our best to fix it for you. Per the above answer, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund if you are dissatisfied with your consultant’s advice or the results of any decisions you make based on the content of your consultation. We can, however, offer a full refund if your stylist does not show up to your consultation (please email concierge@theedite.com for a partial refund if your stylist is more than 5 minutes late.) Please note, all gift card purchases are nonrefundable.
Due to the fact that all of our stylists have busy, full-time jobs outside of the Edité Platform, there may be something urgent that comes up in your stylist’s day and they will unfortunately have to reschedule. We sincerely apologize if this happens to you, and will work with you and the stylist to have the consultation rebooked for ASAP. If you’re unable to mutually agree on a new time, we suggest choosing a different stylist to book a consultation with. We greatly value all of our client’s time, so if you have any questions or concerns, please email us concierge@theedite.com.
Yes. When you’re booking a consultation , you will be asked to put in your payment info and will be charged immediately after completing checkout.
