You are able to cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 72 hours beforehand for a full refund. Please note, clients are allowed one cancellation and one reschedule between each completed consultation. Any cancellations and/or reschedules beyond that will politely be declined and charged in full. If you cancel your consultation within 72 hours of the time your consultation is due to begin, you will unfortunately be charged in full out of respect for your consultant’s time, and reschedules will politely be declined. While you will not be able to contact or discuss anything directly with a stylist before booking. Once your consultation has been booked, you will have the opportunity to fill out a questionnaire to give your consultant further information such as style preferences and budget details. You will also be able to upload files (inspiration images) to review during your consultation.

1. Take time to complete your intake questionnaire. This allows both you and your stylist to take full advantage of the allocated consultation time.
2. Download Zoom on the device of your choice. The Zoom app will need to be installed on any device you plan to use for your consultation.
3. Write out a list of questions you would like to review with your stylist.
4. Consolidate any links you’d like to share with your stylist.
5. Collect imagery that you can share during the video consultation including: inspiration images, mood boards, pieces you have your eye on (or already own) – anything you like!
